Hearing Aids Available to Hearing Care Providers
through AUDIENT
Below is the list of hearing aids currently available through the AUDIENT. They include Oticon, Phonak, Siemens, Unitron, and Widex models. The provider receives authorization to order hearing aids for the specific model that the provider indicated in the recommenation. A change in recommendation requires a new authorization from AUDIENT. Thank you for your cooperation.
Oticon, Phonak, Siemens, Unitron and Widex are making a significant gesture of support to the AUDIENT program by allowing income qualified patients to enjoy their products at a reduced cost. AUDIENT income qualified hearing aid candidates pay the applicable fees depending on the model their participating AUDIENT hearing care providers recommend as best fitting their needs:

* AUDIENT fees, prices and costs subject to change without advanced notice.
** The manufacturer's limited warranty period covers repair and one-time loss or damage. The period of time for the repair and the period of time for the one-time loss and damage may not be the same. Please check with your provider. The payment of a $200 processing fee for each replacement hearing aid will be the AUDIENT participant's responsibility. Additionally, the AUDIENT participant is responsible to pay for any provider related expenses pertaining to dispensing the replacement hearing aids. The AUDIENT provider will directly bill those expenses, if any, to the AUDIENT participant.
